She's currently in a DevOps engineering role and came across to me as highly capable, considered and clearly someone who has operated at a genuinely senior level for some time. From the moment we spoke, it was obvious she understands the pressures and compliance demands that come with working in regulated environments, and she communicates that experience with real confidence.

What stands out most in Simran's background is her work delivering site reliability engineering across a multi-cloud production estate spanning AWS, Azure and GCP, all within regulated financial services environments. In terms of what's driving her search, Simran is looking for a role where she can continue working on genuinely complex infrastructure at scale, ideally within an organisation that takes engineering quality seriously. She's open to hybrid working or a fully remote UK-based arrangement, and is based in Hatfield, so she has reasonable access to London and the surrounding area if some office presence is needed. I wasn't able to confirm her notice period during our initial conversation, so I'd recommend clarifying that early, but I wouldn't let it slow things down.
