The round is 83% full. One gardener runs out of hours at roughly £5,342 a month, and you want £10,000. Phase 2 breaks that ceiling by catching the enquiries you already pay for, pricing the book properly, and taking the admin off your evenings.
Phase 1 is delivered and live. Your whole business is out of the spreadsheet and into the app, on your own brand, on your own domain. This page is what happens next, and why.
Everything below comes straight out of your own system on 8 August 2026. Nothing here is estimated for the sake of an argument.
The projection in your app flattens from March 2027. That is not demand drying up. That is the round being full. Every enquiry that lands after that point is one you cannot service, and it goes to whoever answers next.
Only 19 of 39 visits have a real time logged against them, so the capacity model is mostly imputed and the app labels it that way on screen. The direction is solid: the round is nearly full and one pair of hands has a hard limit. The exact pound figure gets sharper the more visit times go in, which the mobile app in Phase 2 makes effortless.
Meta is your biggest source of customers and the only one you pay for: 14 customers and £1,450 a month, roughly a third of the book. Every enquiry that sits unanswered while you are on a mower is money you have already spent.
| Where they came from | Customers | MRR | Value per hour |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meta Ad / SM | 14 | £1,450 | £40/hr |
| Referral | 6 | £850 | £28/hr |
| Sam | 6 | £440 | £54/hr |
| Prior Customer | 5 | £830 | £26/hr |
| SM | 3 | £390 | n/a |
| Leaflet | 3 | £300 | £33/hr |
Live figures from Growth & Sources, 8 August 2026.
You drew eight things feeding OJR OS. Five are done or nearly done. Phase 2 builds the three that are not, and closes out the two amber ones. None of them ask you to work more hours.
Meta brings you more customers than anything else and it is the only channel you pay for. Right now, whether an enquiry converts depends on how quickly you can get to your phone. After this, it does not.
This is the piece that gets you past the ceiling, because with the round nearly full, the next pound does not come from more gardens. It comes from charging properly, keeping who you have, and doing more of the work that pays best.
Your finance figures are only as accurate as the last time you sat down with the laptop. After this, they are accurate all the time.
Today it is a website that behaves well on a phone. Phase 2 makes it an app you and Jason install on the home screen, that opens instantly and keeps working with no bars, syncing the tick-offs, times and photos the moment signal comes back. This is also what finally gets real visit times logged on all 39 gardens, which is what sharpens the capacity model.
It is already built and waiting. The day your API token lands it goes live, mandates and collections run against the subscriptions already in the system, and failed payments surface as something to chase rather than something you find out about later.
On the work that pays best: your 13 landscaping jobs run at a 72% portfolio margin against 41.02% on the round. Project work earns more per pound than maintenance. Be careful with that 72% though, 8 of those jobs have no costs recorded yet, so it is flattering until they go in. Phase 2 makes the quoting fast enough that you can chase more of it, and honest enough that you will know the real margin by the end of the year.
You are not being asked to believe a pitch. Phase 1 is delivered, live on your own domain, and you and Jason use it every day.
The order is deliberate: the quickest wins first, so you feel it in week one, and the biggest build gets the time it needs.
GoCardless connected and collecting against your live subscriptions, live the same day your token arrives. The app becomes installable on your phone and Jason's, opening straight from the home screen and working with no signal, so tick-offs, times and receipt photos are captured in the garden and sync when you are back in range.
Appointment Setting goes live on WhatsApp and Meta Business Suite. New enquiries get answered straight away, qualified on postcode, size and frequency, and offered only the slots the round can take. Bookings land in the OS with their source attached. It runs in approve-first mode for as long as you want, so you see every reply before it goes.
Ask the book anything and get an answer with its workings. Underpriced customers flagged with the price-rise message drafted. At-risk customers flagged before they go. Landscaping quotes drafted off your own job history for you to edit and send. Content for the week written from the jobs you actually did.
Monzo connected so Finance is live without you typing, payments match themselves to customers and Jason's receipts reconcile against the real bank lines. Then we sit down together, walk the whole thing end to end, fix the rough edges you find, and you sign it off.
No retainer, no subscription, no licence. You own the custom code on full payment.
All five pieces: Appointment Setting, OJR AI, Monzo, the installable mobile app and GoCardless connected. Taking the lot comes in under the pieces bought separately.
WhatsApp and Meta Business Suite enquiries answered, qualified, and booked into the round.
Ask the book, underpriced and at-risk flags, drafted quotes, drafted content.
Live finance, matched payments, reconciled expenses, no typing.
Installable on the home screen, works with no signal, syncs when it is back.
Already built. Connected, tested and collecting against your live subscriptions.
Comes in under the five bought separately, and it is the only way they actually compound.
Every piece works on its own and every piece is priced to its own build. If cashflow says start with one, start with Appointment Setting, because it protects the channel you are already paying for.
The build is a one-off. There is no retainer and nothing recurring to me.
There are small running costs and they sit on your own accounts, in your own name, so you are never paying me a markup and you can switch anything off yourself: WhatsApp conversations are billed by Meta, the AI is billed on usage, and the Monzo and GoCardless connections themselves cost nothing.
I am not going to quote you a monthly figure I have not measured. What I will do is set every account up with you, put a hard spending cap on each one before a single message goes out, and show you the actual meter in week one, on your real volume of enquiries. If it ever looks wrong, you turn it down or off in your own account, without me.
Tap any of these. If something is missing, ask me and I will answer it the same way.
Not without you seeing it first. Everything it writes is a draft and you approve it. A reply to an enquiry, a price-rise message, a quote, a post: it lands in your app, you read it, you tap send or you edit it first.
It also only knows what is in your system and what you have told it about how you work. It does not make up prices, it prices from your own jobs, and if it does not know something it says so and hands the conversation to you rather than guessing.
Once you have watched it for a few weeks and you trust it on the simple stuff, you can let the straightforward replies go out on their own, one type at a time, and only the ones you choose. That switch is yours, not mine, and it starts in the off position.
You do not need to be, and you have already proved it. You have run your whole business out of the Phase 1 app since it went live, and nothing in it needed a manual.
Phase 2 adds two things you will actually touch: an inbox of drafts to approve, and a box you type a question into. That is it. The Monzo feed, the direct debits and the offline syncing all happen underneath without you doing anything.
I set every account up with you on a call, not by sending you a list of instructions.
Nothing you rely on stops. The round, the book, Jason's day view and your finance figures are separate from the new pieces, so if the enquiry side has a wobble, the enquiry simply sits in your WhatsApp and Meta inbox exactly as it does today. You are back to where you are now, not worse off, and nothing is lost.
Bookings are only ever written into the round once, so a hiccup cannot double-book a garden or drop a customer.
You get 30 days of support included after handover, and you have my number. After that window, anything new is quoted, but I am not in the business of leaving a build I am proud of to rot.
Your data stays in your own gated app, on your own domain. Only you and Jason have logins, and Jason's is restricted to the parts of the business he needs, which is how Phase 1 already works.
When the AI answers a question it is sent only what it needs to answer that question, over an encrypted connection, and it is not used to train anybody's models. Nothing is sold, shared or reused anywhere else.
WhatsApp, Meta, Monzo and GoCardless connect through their own official approved routes, in your name on your accounts, so you can revoke my access to any of them at any point without breaking your data.
It is all written down: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
He already does, every day. His round, his tick-offs, his streaks, his spending, and he photographs his receipts so you can approve them and they go out with that week's wage.
Phase 2 does not give him anything new to learn. It gives him the same screens, on an icon on his home screen, that work when there is no signal at the back of a garden. That is less friction than he has now, not more.
The side effect matters to you: when logging a visit time stops depending on a data connection, you get real times on all 39 gardens instead of 19, and your capacity numbers stop being an estimate.
There is nothing to stop paying. It is a one-off build fee, not a subscription. No retainer, no licence, no commission on anything you earn.
You own the custom code and configuration on full payment. The running costs, the WhatsApp conversations and the AI usage, are on your own accounts in your own name, so if you and I never spoke again the system keeps running and you keep paying only the suppliers, not me.
Honestly, you do not, and neither do I to the pound. The projection is a model built on a young business with thin history, and the app says exactly that on the screen where it shows it, which is why I built it that way rather than showing you a confident line.
Two things in particular are soft. Only 19 of your 39 visits have a real time logged, so capacity is mostly imputed. And the 72% landscaping margin is flattering, because 8 of the 13 jobs have no costs recorded yet.
What is not soft is the shape. The round is 83% full, there is room for about 8 more customers, and one gardener has a hard limit somewhere close to £5,342. A few hundred pounds either side of that does not change the decision, and Phase 2 is what turns the estimate into a measurement.
You might well end up doing exactly that, and this build is not an argument against it. But a second pair of hands is another wage bill against a 41.02% margin on the round, and your current wages line is already £2,000 a month against £1,810.34 of gross profit.
The cheaper move first is to earn more from the hours you already pay for: charge the underpriced properly, keep the ones who were going to leave, and take more of the landscaping work that pays better per pound than maintenance.
Then, when you do hire, you hire off a full pipeline of enquiries you already caught and a set of numbers you can trust, rather than a hunch. That is a much less frightening decision.
The balance is due on delivery, once you are happy with what is in front of you. Production ready within 20 working days of the deposit and the access below landing.
Same details for the balance on delivery. If you are taking a single module, send that module's deposit with the same reference.
Card carries a processing fee of 1.5% plus 20p, so this figure is grossed up to cover it and the full deposit still reaches the build. Bank transfer avoids it entirely, which is why it is the one I recommend.
Taking a single module by card? The same maths applies: deposit × 1.015, plus 20p.
Four things, and one confirmation. Nothing here takes more than a few minutes.
This page, the invoice details above, and the attached Terms of Service and Privacy Policy together form our agreement. Paying the deposit confirms your acceptance.
The round is nearly full. The next pound comes from catching, keeping and charging properly, not from more hours.
